The service
Zesh delivers mobile top-ups to 150+ countries via licensed operator partners. Transactions are final upon successful delivery.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying recipient phone numbers before sending. Zesh is not liable for top-ups sent to incorrect numbers once delivered.
Refunds
Failed top-ups are automatically refunded to your original payment method, usually within seconds and never more than 5 business days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
